It's really good but still a bit pricey (as always with ON).

These are some of the best tasting BCAAs ever. XTEND have been my go-to aminos for years. They do work, the taste is great and they disolve well. Maybe a bit pricey but I still recommend these aminos.

Is it overpriced? Probably. Do I still like this protein? Yeah.

I've been using this protein for years and the quality has always been great. I think it's called gold standard for a reason. Or maybe I'm being nostalgic because it's the first protein I ever tried. Nevertheless, I do recommend it.

Old formula of Optimen (around 10 years ago) was great. It packed huge amount of vitamins, minerals and whatever. Your pee would literaly start glowing after taking Optimen for some time. But then they changed the formula making it less potent so I stopped using it long time ago. Also it's quite difficult to take because of the size of the tablets (and the smell).
