Kick off your cyclocross season with a big dose of 'cross specific training in Bend. Spend three days focusing on skills, race-intensity fitness, mechanical lessons, and body-work. Camp is all-inclusive of meals, lodging, and coaching.

Camp runs from Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon. Friday and Monday will feature single workouts, while Saturday and Sunday will see you tackling two hard workouts per day in the Euro style of training: 'cross-specific fitness and skills in the morning and endurance work in the afternoon, riding on Bend's amazing trail network. Each evening, we'll focus on subjects just as crucial as your on-the-bike exploits: mechanical tips, stretching and body-work lectures, and cyclocross films.
